Every time I do one of these podcasts, I am always pleasantly surprised at the direction they go. I thought this interview would be about Cutco knives and it turned into a very inspiring conversation about how to really rest your mind and push your business to the next level.
If you are like me, I sometimes feel like a chicken with my head cut off and it is a daily battle to slow down and stay focused.
What is your process for creating focus in your life and business? Are you afraid of making mistakes? I’ve learned that the mistakes I make are a reminder to pay attention to where I am headed.
This podcast is truly worth listening to and I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.

I clearly remember when I first started in real estate, interest rates were at 10% and I remember being so excited when they dropped to an all time low of 9%! It still seemed that wasn’t good enough for many of the naysayer agents.
You see the one thing I have figured out in my now 20+ year career is that great agents do well in any market because they pay close attention to what is going on in the market and they SHIFT when necessary, they don’t bury their head in the sand, they don’t complain about the market, they LOOK for new opportunities.
On today’s podcast I had a true opportunity to talk to one of the BIG dogs in our industry and I have to tell you he gave so many FANTASTIC tips on what you can do RIGHT now to get you to your goals!

I have been a huge fan of Facebook for years as it has led to not only many rekindled friendships, staying in touch with family and friends but I have also gotten business from it and frankly (Pun intended, sorry Frank lol) I thought I knew just about everything there was to know….
Then I had the pleasure of talking with Frank Bernardo, Social Media Guru, on my newest podcast and couldn’t believe the ULTRA SIMPLE stuff he brought up that I never even thought about.
In fact there is ONE thing that over 70% of the real estate agents are missing in their Facebook profile that is keeping them from getting business!
Listen in as Frank and I chat about how you can correct that mistake in seconds and a few more Hot Tips that will for sure change how you look at Social Media.
Oh and please leave your comments and let me know what you think and your ideas on how you are using social media to help your business.

Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. This week’s podcast is my
personal health and fitness coach, Matt Freeman. I have known Matt personally for many years but have finally had the opportunity to work with him closely on my own health and fitness journey.
If you are like me you have tried many yo-yo diets and have avoided exercise at all costs but that changed last year when I turned 50 and what used to take me days to lose those awful 10 pounds now seems near impossible.
I heard a saying years ago that went something like this… How’s that working for you? Well it hasn’t worked and what I have found in my business life (and my personal life is no different)is the biggest challenge most of us face is being CONSISTENT!
So listen in as Matt and I walk through my personal journey and some ideas for you! So what struggles and successes have you had? I would love to hear them in the comments below...
