It has been so fun digging back into the Real Estate Real World Podcast again and Wow, this episode is a game changer! Finances and Money is always a tough conversation but one of the most important ones and when I heard from John David Mann about the newest book The Latte Factor he wrote with David Bach I knew I had to get him back on the show! Funny thing is I met David Bach about 10 years ago at a National Association of Realtors event when he wrote the Automatic Millionaire which definitely had an impact on my life.
I am thrilled to welcome author John David Mann back to the show for a second time! In fact we have highlighted his books a few times with Bob Burg and the Go Giver as well as when we chatted with John about The Recipe that he co-wrote with Chef Charles Carroll.
I just can’t seem to get enough of the stuff he writes, and I was excited to have him come back as he shares with us some insider information on his and David Bach’s latest book, The Latte Factor. This book is incredible!
The Latte Factor, for those of you wondering what that even means, is about becoming aware of the power of little things. We dive into what that looks like both professionally and personally, but like I said, this concept is a game changer!

What a treat having Kelly Resendez on the show! She is the executive vice president of sales at an equity mortgage company, an author of a new book entitled “Foundation to Sustainable Success,” and the founder of a fantastic women empowered network called Big Voices Rise. The positive impact she is making on the real estate industry is nothing short of inspiring.
In this tech driven world consumers now have access to listings at their fingertips, so they don’t always recognize the type of value real estate agents bring to the table. It is our job as an industry to show our clients that our value is much more than finding and selling them a home. But how can we show them if we don’t know our own value?! We have to take the time creating our value so that we KNOW our worth and our clients can’t help but see it in everything we do for them.
Real estate agents that offer value through effective communication, hard work, and the desire to do right by their clients at the forefront of their business will see their productivity rates go up, their income increase, and will simply have a lot more fun doing their job. What another fantastic episode! It was an honor to speak with bestselling author, John David Mann about his upcoming book, co-authored by Chef Charles Carroll, “The Recipe”. While he may not be a real estate professional and their new book may not pertain to the real estate industry directly, the life lessons you gain from reading it can apply to not only your personal growth, but your professional growth as an entrepreneur.
So often in life we focus on that penthouse view. In any business we want to achieve the big picture, to reach the top, to be successful, but you can’t have any of those things without the details. The details are your foundation. As John so insightfully shared, when you pay attention to the little things, the big things tend to take care of themselves.
